M.U cart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found engaging in suspicious or unauthorized activities.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on the app are accurate.

In the event of a pricing error or technical glitch, M.U cart reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price.

3. Order Processing & Cancellation

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. M.U cart reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to limited stock, unserviceable addresses, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Delivery & Payments

Estimated delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, full payment must be handed over to the delivery partner upon arrival.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, text, and media content available on the M.U cart app are the intellectual property of M.U cart and its sellers. Unauthorized copying or misuse is strictly prohibited.
